Multi-tasking

This is really weird, but I think I may have forgotten to brush the back of my bottom teeth today. When I got to work, I noticed that they didn't feel as sparkly clean as the rest of my teeth. It kind of scares me to think that I might have forgotten such a thing. I brush my teeth at least twice a day, so you'd think that moving the brush along a standard path should be pretty automatic. If I did forget, what's next? Will I forget to wash my feet or something? Gross. Actually, maybe I did forget! Who would know?

Granted, since my morning tooth brushing routine gets lumped in with my hair-drying routine, I guess there's an increased likelihood that a bicuspid or two might get missed along the way. And yes, you did read that correctly. As safety minded as I usually am, warnings about not using electrical devices in close proximity to water go unheeded during my daily race against the clock.

Nothing disastrous has happened as a result of my noncompliance. Well, unless you count my partially brushed teeth -- the condition of which four cups of coffee, a bottle of coke and sushi for lunch has NOT improved.

Eeek -- does anyone have a piece of gum?
