You may remember that Hanne and David adopted the cat that I owned for seven days. Well last Friday they took yet another animal off my hands.
You see, after reading my blog, Hanne called David and asked him to remove dead squirrel. David drove across town to my house, put the beast into the USPS box shown above and took it away with him. Hooray David!
Hanne called later to say the squirrel had been relocated (still in the box) to their backyard. I’m not entirely sure that’s what she had in mind when she told him to get rid of it, but I'm glad it’s out of my yard!!

Yeah...glad we could help - although I'm not particularly thrilled with the fact that we now have a dead squirrel in a box in our driveway. David has named the thing "Steve" and plans on burying it. I plan on chucking the thing in a thick garbage bag and dumping it into some unsuspecting city garbage container. Then I plan on delivering a year's supply of Campbell Chicken Soup to you so you won't kill any more squirrels that David will "adopt".
It looks like David my be mailing the thing.
I think that was a boy squirrel.
Just feed it to the cat
