The answer is blowing in the wind...

Great news! I can fit my car inside my garage!

Okay, that may the great news you were expecting, but I’m pretty happy about it.

In all, it took me two days, a bunch of garbage bags and two trips to the dump to clear a path for the car.

On the second day of the project, I found a dead mouse in the middle of the garage floor. (What’s up with all the mice?) I’m not sure what killed it. Maybe it had been living in one of the bags that I took to the dump, and died of exposure when it returned at the end of the day to find itself homeless. Then again, it might have died of shock at seeing my garage so (alarmingly) clutter-free.

At any rate, there way no way that I was going to pick the thing up! But it was under a table, so I was able to ignore it for a while.

Until it came time to move the table.

Ahh yes, I had a little bit of a situation at hand. No worries though, I was in the garage after all. And in addition to the junk that gathers from time to time, my garage contains many useful items.

Most notably a long extension cord and a leaf blower.

Oh yeah baby, that’s what I call hands free rodent removal!
