Who do you know wants to buy a car?

In addition to being grammatically incorrect, the question above is the slogan for a car dealership in Menominee Falls. Ernie Von Schledorn to be precise. According to the theme song that accompanied the commercials, and is such forever etched into my brain, I believe the dealership is located "on main street in Menominee Falls."

At any rate, my Mazda is now fixed and FOR SALE!

It has a BRAND NEW TIMING BELT, NEW SPARK PLUGS and an OIL CHANGE. Plus FOUR NEW TIRES were put on in August. All for the low, low and somewhat negotiable price of $2,900!

Seriously, it's not a bad car. I just couldn't wait three weeks to have it fixed at the considerably lower, non-dealership price. So I had to buy a different car.

This is a 1997 Mazda LX with cruise control, power moon roof, windows and locks all of which are fully functional. It also has alloy wheels and an after-market AM/FM-CD player. The interior is in great shape, the exterior has some dent-related issues. But, it only has 89,000 miles.

So, "who do YOU know wants to buy a car?"

Or should it be, "who DO you know wants to buy a car?"

Or, "who do you KNOW wants to by a car?"

Well, you get the idea anyway . . .
