I've got a fast car?

Yeah, vroom. It's a 2003 Honda Civc EX, and it is a tad bit "zippy."

Looking at the photo, you might get the impression that the car is covered with white spots, don't worry, those are just snowflakes. It's really a nice clean little car, and I got a deal on it that I couldn't pass up.

Having just returned from vacation, however, I'm a little irritated over the timing of this particular purchase.

It turned out that my Mazda 626 needed $968.40 worth of repairs. I like how the guy tacked on 40¢ at the end of the estimate. Sort of adding insult to injury don't you think? Unfortunately, he would have needed to reduce the estimate by about $700.40, if he actually expected me to take him up on the offer.

Best of all, since the Mazda was too broken to trade, I now have two cars! Well actually, a retired friend of a friend, is going to take it home to fix at his leisure. I have to believe that the car will be worth quite a bit more once it's fixed. Not enough for me to keep dumping money into it, but enough to have it repaired at non-dealership prices.

Awesome choice! I'm sure that the new DonnaMobile will serve you well. Keep it away from the 626 so they don't talk. You obviously have some loyalty issues when it comes to the Mazda.
