Hot blooded

Yeah, yeah... I know I haven't written anything in a while.

By way of explanation I'll say that I've been fighting a cold. Which kind of sucks. But recently I've been making an effort to highlight the "good" in things, instead of focusing on the bad.

That said, I think the "silver lining" of my "cold cloud" is that when I have a fever, my eyes look awesome! Seriously, they get all big and glassy. Heck, throw a couple Sudafed into the mix and I doubt any man could resist their allure.

Yep, that's what you call a big old dose of love-at-first-sight!

Unfortunately, I'm never "out-and-about" when I have a fever. So to date, my "siren's song" has gone unheard. Although when you consider the symptoms that accompany a cold and fever, I suppose the message would be better communicated in pictures anyway.

A spoonful of medicine may help the medicine go down, but a half a cup of snot is another thing all together!
