It's been storming here off and on all day. In fact, the tornado sirens have gone off three times already! We're also under a tornado watch until 3:00 am, so there's a chance they might go off at some point again tonight.
Yesterday it wasn't storming, but the winds were so strong that a giant branch was blown down in my yard. Kind of scary, since I was outside planting flowers at the time. I didn't hear the branch come down, but I'm lucky it didn't hit me! You see, I was filling pots in the backyard before I walked across to the patio to pick up more plants. By the time I turned around, the branch had knocked over the planter where I'd been standing minutes before. Yikes!!
Not that I'm complaining. After all, at least it's not snowing.

Lots of storms here too. Cross your fingers we don't get any hurricanes this summer. It's supposed to be a very "active" hurricane season this year. AHHHH! Looks like we're not in Kansas anymore Toto!!
