Yeah, that’s an actual term that’s been used in weather reports and forecasts over the past couple weeks. I think we’re due to get some today in fact. The term itself is pretty self explanatory really—thunder and lightning with SNOW instead of rain. Of course the fact that I’m writing about thunder snow in the first place should be a pretty good indicator that the weather around here has been “crap” lately. So much so, that I spent a large portion of Friday, Saturday and Sunday shoveling, and frankly, I’m sort of fed up with it all.
On that note, if you drive past someone struggling to clear their driveway in the middle of a blizzard, and all you can think to do is honk your horn and yell “git ‘er done!” then you are an asshole. This also applies to any and all individuals who have ever felt the need to honk and yell “fore!” while passing a golf course.
If you were truly intending to offer encouragement or support, then I apologize for criticizing your efforts, however you should be aware that your mocking tone and laughter effectively negated that message.
