Have you ever tried Propel? It's a flavored "fitness water" from the makers of Gatorade. If you haven't tried it, you should, it's really pretty good.
My only complaint about the it is the challenge involved in gaining access to the product. And by that, I don't mean it's hard to find in the stores. No, it's not hard to get -- it's hard to get into.
I don't know what type of pneumatic device is used to put the caps on these things, or at what point the Super Glue is added, but I find it difficult to produce the pounds per square inch required to break the seal on the individual bottles!
In the interest of the greater good, the Propel people should be required to share their cap attachment technology with the pharmaceutical industry. Because although I doubt it was there original intention, somehow, Propel has managed to produce caps that appear to go well beyond current child-proof safety standards.
Of course, since this stuff is made by Gatorade, maybe they made the bottles difficult to open on purpose. It's "fitness water" after all, and I imagine their target market is assumed to be somewhat athletic, and thereby stronger than the consumers of regular bottled water. Either way, I think they're missing an opportunity to "spin" the fact that their bottles are hard to open.
New tagline? "A tiny workout in every bottle!"
