Paper or Plastic

Plastic bins -- lots of them.

Plastic bins play a major part in my most recent "plan" to organize the basement. Granted, I should probably be relying more heavily on "bin liners," as the Brits call trash bags, but some of this stuff needs to be stored.

You see, I want to have the basement remodeled. I got a decent bid from someone willing to come and drywall, wire, etc, and I'd like to move forward on that project.

The problem is, the basement is currently full of so much stuff that it would be difficult (or impossible) for the remodeler (is that a word?) to get any work done. The other problem is that some of the stuff cluttering up the basement will be useful once the remodel job is complete.

Which leads me to plastic bins -- lots of them.
